Draft, not legal advice

Privacy

This page explains what happens to the details you share when you book a call with me. It is written in plain language and kept short on purpose.

What is collected

When you book a discovery call, Calendly collects your name, your email address, and the answers you give to the intake questions, which may include your business name, website, channels and approximate size. This website itself does not use forms, cookies or analytics.

How it is used

I use these details to prepare for our call, to run it, and to follow up afterwards. If we go on to work together, I keep them as part of our working record. I do not add you to a newsletter or send marketing emails because you booked a call.

Who handles it

  • Calendly, which runs the booking and stores the intake answers under its own privacy policy.
  • Netlify, which hosts this website and may keep standard server logs such as IP address and time of visit.
  • Any analytics service, if one is added later. None is in use today. If that changes, this page will be updated to say what is collected and why.

It is not sold

I do not sell, rent or trade your details, and I do not share them with anyone except the services named above that are needed to run the booking and the call.

How to request deletion

Email daltonshooks@gmail.com and ask. I will delete your booking and intake details from my records and from Calendly within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Do Not Track

This website does not track visitors, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. It is honored by default.

Effective date

Effective October 25, 2026. This is a draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
